Ayurveda, practiced as a daily rhythm — not a spa menu.
A resident Ayurvedic physician, a handful of traditional therapies, and a schedule built around rest rather than a checklist of treatments to get through.

A conversation first, a treatment second
Every wellness stay opens with a one-on-one meeting with our resident Ayurvedic physician — usually within a few hours of check-in. We talk through sleep, digestion, stress levels and general routine, then put together a short, personal sequence of therapies for the length of your stay, rather than handing you a fixed package.
Sessions are scheduled around meals and yoga, not the other way around, and the physician remains available through your stay if anything needs adjusting.

Six ways to slow down
Each therapy is offered individually or as part of a short sequence recommended during your consultation. Durations below are typical, not fixed.
Abhyanga Oil Massage
A full-body warm-oil massage using herb-infused oils, performed by our trained therapists as a grounding start to the day.
Herbal Steam (Swedana)
A gentle herbal steam session that traditionally follows Abhyanga, meant to help the body release and settle.
Guided Meditation
A seated, guided sit on the deck above the lily pond, offered morning and evening for all overnight guests.
Personalised Wellness Consult
A one-on-one conversation with our resident Ayurvedic physician about routine, sleep, digestion and stress, before any therapy is recommended.
Guided Nature Walk
A slow walk through the fourteen acres with a naturalist, pointing out what's growing, flowering or fruiting that week.
Herbal Healing Bath
A warm bath infused with a blend of traditional herbs, usually booked as a closing therapy on the last day of a stay.
Three reasons guests book a wellness stay
These sessions are designed for relaxation and general wellbeing, not as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Guests with specific health conditions are welcome to discuss them with our physician before booking a therapy.
Slowing Down
For guests arriving frayed from back-to-back weeks who want unstructured time, quiet decks and no fixed itinerary.
A Digestive Reset
A few days of light, home-style vegetarian meals, herbal teas and earlier evenings — no dieting, just a change of pattern.
General Rejuvenation
For couples and families wanting a broad reset — massage, daily yoga, better sleep and unhurried mealtimes, together.
